Looks like Elysia Welch will be playing Morag Gunn MacKenzie in the Season Four or Outlander.
Without major spoilers, the two will eventually meet and lead to some serious consequences and development for a leading character.
Morag is a wife and mother whose family is also moving to the Colonies and will be swept up in the Revolution.
According to IMDB, she's know for Eternal Beauty, Outlander, and Mad Bob. Since I'm not entirely sure we ever saw her on Outlander I do believe they mean this season. Her bio has her on episodes 7 & 8 which knowing the story makes me wonder where the season will end.
Starz hasn't officially announced her inclusion in the Outlander world but IMDB has.
With Jamie and Claire coming to the American Colonies that means Native Americans. So more than 100 First Nation Canadians have gone to Scotland to play a number of speaking roles for the upcoming season (and probably more).

Check it out. The Outlander Clan is expanding with new actors and new characters. Introducing, Billy Boyd, Caitlin O'Ryan, Natalie Simpson, and Simona Brown. Boyd, O'Ryan and Simpson will all be playing recurring roles.
Boyd will be playing Gerald Forbes, a wealthy lawyer in Cross Creek who is friends with Jamie's Aunt Jocasta. Boyd is best known for Lord of the Rings; other credits include The Flying Scotsman, Seed of Chucky, and An Urban Ghost Story. You can follow Billy Boyd @BillyBoydActor.
Two new cast members have been announced recently. Ainsley Jordan who will be playing the role of Judith Wylie, who will be a rival to Claire. Tim Downie will be portraying Governor William Tryon (it is spelled Tryon). Gov. Tryon is a historical figure you can read about at the North Carolina History Project or Wikipedia.
So that is definitely why Caitriona was cast because the chemistry is off the charts!

Are you excited? I am.

Are you wondering who Andrew MacNeil is? Me too. And then the description reminded me. Andrew MacNeil is a plantation owner near Cape Fear who is a key member of the Scottish community. I'm pretty sure he's the guy who is always showing up at Jocasta's home and has some authority in the community... lawyer? Magistrate? I barely remember and I could be wrong. But I wonder with this announcement if he'll be a bigger character on the show.
MacNeil will be portrayed by Craig McGinlay who definitely needs a bigger role because he's rather easy on the eyes. And apparently giving Sam a run for his money....
Outlander has cast Colin McFarland as Ulysses for the 4th season of Outlander. Ulysses is the butler of the River Run plantation in North Carolina. As readers of Diana Gabaldon’s best-selling Outlander novels are aware, Ulysses is a well-educated and musically inclined man who was sold into slavery when he was young. He’s acquired by Hector Cameron and becomes the trusted servant of Hector’s wife, Jocasta.
McFarland's acting credits include: Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Torchwood and The Commuter.
Outlander is adding some series players to their Season 4 casting.
Maria Doyle Kennedy has been cast as Jocasta Cameron, Jamie's strong-willed aunt. You may know Doyle Kennedy from her rolls in Orphan Black, Downton Abbey, Dexter, Albert Nobbs, The Tudors, Sing Street or The Conjuring 2. I personally love Downton Abbey but if you want to see Doyle Kennedy shine beyond belief watch the now completed Orphan Black! She's fantastic.
Ed Speelers has been cast as Stephen Bonnet, a pirate and smuggler. Pssst. He's awful. Bonnet not Speelers. You may remember Speelers from Downton Abby, Howl, Wolf Hall, Alice Through the Looking Glass or Eragon.
Season four began filming in Scotland this week. The new season will be 13 episodes long and is based on Diana Gabaldon's book Drums of Autumn which is based on the fourth book in the Outlander series.
Now this is a development you can toast to, Outlander fans!
