I loved the recent Supernatural cover but little did I know things were getting better with this amazing cover of Sam. Great Scot, indeed! I'm so excited it's not funny. Check out the first look video and spoiler photos below (photos will be hidden).
"I was terrified that no one would turn up, and that I would have to fly my family out to pretend that they want to come and see me. It's magnificent."
There are few things in this world that grown women are willing to camp out for: the arrival of a royal baby, Beyoncé, probably, Hamilton tickets, in its Lin Manuel-Miranda heyday. After last week, add Outlander actor Sam Heughan to the list.
This is for the Outlander quilters out there. According to International Business Times October will see the release of Outlander inspired fabrics a collection by Kathy Hall.
The fabric is reported to include 23 designs inspired by the show and six free quilt designs for quilters. The fabrics will come with three images from the Starz TV series.
The first image is of Claire with black and white images of Jamie and Frank behind her. The second picture will be of Craigh Na Dun and the third is of Claire running towards Jamie while Frank's hand is reaching for her.
I personally wish I was a quilter but I'm not much for sewing though I'd love to see the results of Outlander quilters effort.
Meet Wil Johnson and John Bell who will be playing Joe Abernathy and Young Ian Murray. I don't know about you by I'm rather excited about both castings.
Wil Johnson is a British actor with some series experience under his acting belt though admittedly I've not seen any of it. I for one am interested in hearing Joe Abernathy's accent come out of this accomplished actor. If you want to know more about Wil you can check out his IMDB page or follow him on Twitter.
John Bell is a young actor who just happens to have been in two of the Hobbit movies with our beloved Graham MacTavish. I suppose if we can't have a certain dwarf we can have Bard's son Bain. Works for me though Graham is so missed. You can see more of the young actors credits at his IMDB page or follow him on Twitter.
Bell's Young Ian is set to join Jamie's (Sam Heughan) world in the 18th century, and Johnson's Joe Abernathy will meet Claire (Caitriona Balfe) in Boston in the 20th century, acting as her new friend and medical colleague.
Looks like 2017 is looking bright for fans. Not only is Outlander supposed to come back sometime in 2017 but Tobias will be starring in The Terror on AMC (based on the 2007 bestselling novel by Dan Simmons). I don't know about you but I've had enough Jack Randall to last me a lifetime; however, I could always use some more Tobias in my tv line-up and we are going to get it.
Starz released an official synopsis of Season Three. Granted book lovers know what to expect but there are show watchers who have no idea. Either way this synopsis made me wish the show was here already.
I do believe GQ is trying to do me in! This made my heart do some weird things... let's see if you have the same problem.
Apparently, Sam has been spotted filming some scenes that have to do with the battle of Culloden because he's a bloody mess in this picture and in some other. Plus he looks like the Jamie we know, instead of a slightly aged Jamie.
*Check local listings for show times. Starz apps making episodes available at 12am ET.
