Margaret Campbell appears to channel Brianna when meeting Jamie and Claire at the dancing ceremony on Jamaica. Margaret reads them and as Brianna tells them:
Oh no... the monster! Don't let it hurt me! Help me! Help me!
What exactly is this monster out to get Brianna? Margaret has proven her ability so if she is actually channeling Brianna then what is after Bree? Margaret says Abandawe. Does that mean Brianna can hear the stones in her dreams? She does say she's been dreaming about Jamie and Claire.
We have seen two instances of dancing by standing stones. First, back in episode 101 Sassenach, we saw the woman in sheets dancing around Craigh na Dun which was never fully explained to us. Now we see the voodoo dancing near Abandawe around a fire.
Is there are relation between the two? Does the dancing have something to do with the ability to travel through the stones?
Jamie and Claire go to Abandawe where they find Geillis trying to travel through the stones to get to Brianna to kill her. Claire stops her by killing Geillis. After Geillis dies Claire realizes the bones Joe Abernathy showed her were found in a cave in Jamaica and she realizes they were Geillis.
Claire's proof to Geillis about her own time traveling is Brianna which makes Geillis believe Brianna is the 200 year old baby she must kill.
Claire informs Geillis she's traveled through the stones 3 times and Geillis wonders how she accomplished it if not with blood. Claire admits she doesn't know but says she suspects it is someone on the other side calling you to them.

When we meet Lord John Grey again we realize he wears the sapphire Jamie gave him as "a token of their friendship" which we all knows means that John has it bad for Jamie. Meanwhile, Geillis is looking for the third sapphire which was removed from the treasure box on Selkie Island. She believes that if they all three are brought together with Margaret Campbell's abilities the Brahan Seer's Prophecy will be revealed. Geillis manages to accomplish this goal and we get:
When twice twelve hundred moons have coursed.
'Tween man's attack and woman's curse
And when the issue is cut down
Then will a Scotman wear a crown.
Geillis and Archibald Cameron decide on the meaning of the prophecy: The twice twelve hundred moons refers to 200 years time. The man's attack and woman's curse is the conceiving and birthing of a child. And cutting them down means to kill the child but it would appear it is referring to a 200 year old child.
While at Father Fogden's home recuperating from her ordeal on the island, Claire hears Mamacita and Father Fogden speak of Abandawe and remembers Margaret Campbell's warning. Father Fogden explains it is a cave that is considered a sacred place by the natives of Jamaica and apparently people disappear there.

How will this work for their future?

When Claire goes to visit Margaret Campbell, Margaret has a "vision" and tells Claire:
"Gleep, gleep. Gleep, gleep. D'ye hear 'em? D'ye hear the tree toads lullaby? And the moon -- the moon be chokin' wi' blood. Ye must be careful, Abandawe will devour ye. Abandawe, Abandawe. Abandawe...
Is this some warning for things to come?
